Trade for Jobs Uganda (2025–2030), co-led by the ILO and ITC with Sida funding, applies a market systems development (MSD) approach to promote decent work and inclusive trade in Uganda’s dairy and tourism sectors.
The Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) Advisor will design and implement MRM systems aligned with the DCED Standard, develop results chains, indicators, and data collection tools, and support evidence-based learning.
The role includes coordinating data analysis, reporting, partner engagement, and capacity building on MRM and MSD. The position requires strong analytical, research, and evaluation skills, with experience in M&E, private sector engagement, and value chain development.
Additional Information
This contract will be administered on behalf of ITC by UNOPS. This vacancy is open for locally residing nationals of Uganda. Applicants must be authorized to work in the duty station where the position is located. Eligible applicants selected from outside the duty station are responsible for any expenses in connection with their relocation to the duty station.
