This is an intervention summary from the MSD for employment (MSD4E) landscape assessment which was undertaken by the MSD4E Community of Practice and funded by the ILO, Mercy Corps and Swisscontact. It is based on self-reported information from individual MSD programmes, reviewed and compiled in a common structure to enable learning across the field of MSD4E.
The objective of this intervention was to:
- improve the image of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a promising destination for business process outsourcing
- boost its appeal to international investors
- alleviate logistical obstacles that hinder investment
