This is an intervention summary from the MSD for employment (MSD4E) landscape assessment which was undertaken by the MSD4E Community of Practice and funded by the ILO, Mercy Corps and Swisscontact. It is based on self-reported information from individual MSD programmes, reviewed and compiled in a common structure to enable learning across the field of MSD4E.
Hospitality Kampuchea (HoKa) is a training programme aimed at supporting skills development in emerging or growing tourism destinations in Cambodia.
It brings together employers and government agencies to design and deliver a training curriculum that boosts the skills of hospitality workers to meet industry needs, thereby improving the overall service quality within the sector.
Clearer job expectations and required quality levels lead to enhanced worker productivity and improved service levels for companies.
