This is an intervention summary from the MSD for employment (MSD4E) landscape assessment which was undertaken by the MSD4E Community of Practice and funded by the ILO, Mercy Corps and Swisscontact. It is based on self-reported information from individual MSD programmes, reviewed and compiled in a common structure to enable learning across the field of MSD4E.
The intervention aims to boost the productivity and profitability of industries by supplying industry-specific human resources through a dedicated in-house training centre.
This approach seeks to create more and higher quality employment and income opportunities for LIWAY’s target groups.
