This is an intervention summary from the MSD for employment (MSD4E) landscape assessment which was undertaken by the MSD4E Community of Practice and funded by the ILO, Mercy Corps and Swisscontact. It is based on self-reported information from individual MSD programmes, reviewed and compiled in a common structure to enable learning across the field of MSD4E.
Since 2017 RisiAlbania has worked to strengthen the career guidance system in Albania resulting in improved services for over 17,000 young people.
The intervention has supported a range of partners - universities, private providers and municipalities - to develop a career guidance system that benefits both young people and businesses, leading to more effective job placements and a skilled workforce aligned with company needs.
