The Country Director will provide strategic leadership to Christian Aid’s work in and on Kenya, ensuring that the country programme contributes significantly to ending poverty and inequality in alignment with the main drivers of poverty, funding environment and the Christian Aid Global Strategy. To provide staff with a work environment in which they are well-managed, empowered, and motivated to volunteer their best effort towards realising Christian Aid’s strategy, goals and objectives in Kenya.
