Intervention description
Key interventions included providing technical assistance to agribusinesses to trial innovative business models and growth strategies, facilitating market access, and increasing investment readiness.
The programme worked with partners such as NIRAS, Swisscontact, Technoserve (TNS) and CABI. Activities included training, developing business plans, and supporting investment pitches.
The interventions were successful, with 50 partnership agreements signed across six value chains, and 27 partners receiving technical assistance to develop bankable business plans.
