Gender Advisor for CASA

TechnoServe is seeking a Gender Advisor to support its CASA (Commercial Agriculture for Smallholders and Agribusiness) programme. This is an opportunity to help drive inclusive, climate-resilient agribusiness solutions across emerging markets.

This consultancy will play a key role in:

• Conducting gender diagnostics across agribusinesses
• Designing and implementing gender-responsive technical assistance
• Building capacity within teams and partners
• Strengthening monitoring, evaluation and learning on gender outcomes

The advisor will work closely with programme teams and private sector partners to ensure women and underserved groups are meaningfully included in agricultural value chains.
