The Consortium Director for the FCDO-funded BLOOM programme at Mercy Corps Ukraine will lead a three-year initiative supporting livelihoods, food security, and economic resilience for conflict-affected communities.
The role involves strategic leadership, programme management, and coordination with partners, donors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include overseeing implementation, ensuring financial and compliance integrity, managing risks and driving learning and adaptation.
The Director will supervise a Programme Management Unit and represent the programme externally.
Candidates need 10+ years of experience in international development, market systems, and resilience programming, preferably with FCDO funding and experience in fragile contexts such as Ukraine.
