TechnoServe is seeking a Program Development Manager to join its Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) team, supporting programs across eight countries.
The role focuses on growing the portfolio through strategy, business development, and proposal leadership while promoting sustainable, market-led solutions to poverty.
Responsibilities include identifying donor priorities, designing evidence-based programs, managing complex proposal processes and cultivating stakeholder relationships.
Candidates should have 5–7 years of international development experience (depending on degree), with at least 3 in business development.
Familiarity with market systems development, agribusiness, regenerative agriculture, or women’s economic empowerment is highly valued. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; travel up to 20%.
