This learning brief describes how the Rural Small and Medium Enterprises Development (RSMED) programme in Georgia used a systems approach to improve linguistic and ethnic minorities and socially vulnerable groups’ access to business support services.
Through partnerships and targeted interventions, including multilingual resources and specialised training, the programme enhanced the quality of applications and increased access to micro-grants for these groups.
The report highlights lessons learned and systemic changes to promote inclusivity and sustainable rural economic development.
