We Effect Region Europe is seeking a consultant to conduct a mid-term review of the north Macedonia rural development programme - Income Increase and Socio-Economic Empowerment of Vulnerable and Marginalized Groups from Rural and Sub-Urban Areas (IISEE) - that is implementing the MSD approach.
The main objective of the assignment is to assess the programme’s success and confirm early signs of the impact, and to identify lessons learned.
Based on the proposed methodology, the consultant will conduct a mid-term review of the programme and deliver an interim report covering the period of April 2021- December 2023 with a clear set of recommendations and list of options for improved programme results.
