This summarises how USAID's Market Systems and Partnerships programme, which included a $26 million private sector partnership facility that scaled to co-invest with 52 companies in 16 countries, leveraged partner-led customer, supplier and employee insight surveys to strengthen results. 

Learning is an important driver of business success and continued competitiveness in dynamic markets. But companies may struggle to reserve resources for intentional learning processes to inform important business decisions. 

To address this challenge and integrate business learning, MSP embedded insight surveys as a standard milestone in each pay-for-performance grant.
