This is a one-pager about the DCED Standard for Results Measurement.
The Standard helps development programmes plan, measure and adapt their work using credible evidence. Used by around 130 programmes in over 50 countries, it supports learning, accountability and better decision-making.
It focuses on three steps:
- Defining a clear vision and results chain
- Measuring progress using appropriate indicators
- Using evidence to test assumptions and adjust interventions.
While the core system is consistent, measurement approaches are flexible and tailored to context.
