Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning consultant

We are seeking a MEL consultant to be included in a bid for a trade and private sector development programme.

Core responsibilities:

• Design and support MEL frameworks
• Collect and analyse data from government and private sector stakeholders
• Contribute to programme reporting and learning processes

Background/experience required:

• At least 8–10 years’ experience in MEL, preferably in trade, private sector development, or related fields.
• Strong track record working in Mozambique or the region
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• English required; Portuguese highly desirable
• Familiarity with donor-funded programmes is an advantage
