Global lead cash and market systems

NRC, a global humanitarian organisation helping displaced people across 40 countries, is seeking a senior leader to set global strategy and standards for its Cash and Market Systems portfolio, strengthening MSD-informed programme quality across 35 countries.

Responsibilities include setting NRC's global vision for cash and market systems, developing standards and tools, line managing a team of advisers, leading a food market systems pilot, and representing NRC in donor and sector fora.

Seeking 8+ years leadership/adviser experience in cash and market systems, with strong expertise in market-based programming, e-cash implementation, and private sector engagement in complex contexts. Based in Oslo (or Berlin/Brussels/London). Fluent English required; French, Spanish, or Arabic a plus.
