The Women IN Business (WIN) program is seeking an independent evaluator for a mid-term evaluation to take place in Q4 2020.
The evaluation should cover the standard MSD areas of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability. The evaluator will be expected to review program documents, conduct interviews with staff and stakeholders, and deliver a detailed report on findings and recommendations.
WIN aims to economically empower 10,000 women in Mozambique. It began with an inception year in 2018 and is now in its second year of implementation (of four). It is funded by the Embassy of Sweden.
