Project Officer

The Project Officer will support the implementation of gender-sensitive value chain development and inclusive entrepreneurship activities under the Opportunity Salone project.

They will coordinate interventions that promote job creation for women, youth, and persons with disabilities through SME and cooperative development.

Working across four agricultural value chains in selected districts, the officer will ensure access to business support services and contribute to policy improvements.

The role emphasises collaboration with partners, capacity building, and alignment with national development goals to foster sustainable and inclusive economic growth in rural Sierra Leone.
