Monitoring and Results Measurement Manager - CASA programme

The MRM Manager will lead the design and implementation of the MEL System for Commercial Agriculture for Smallholders Agribusiness (CASA), working closely with the Team Leader, Deputy TL, MEL adviser, and Research and Evidence Lead.

The MRM Manager is also responsible for guiding and overseeing routine monitoring data collection and data quality assurance and annual outcome level data collection (through baseline surveys and annual outcome assessments), and developing qualitative learning products and case studies.

The role also requires work planning, activities, budgeting and monitoring of the MEL system, as well as managing the MEL efforts and aggregation from the four CASA countries.
