We are looking for a result-oriented and dynamic individual to join our Skills, Jobs and Income team based in Zurich and Bern.
The advisor will support both Helvetas projects as well as external clients, with his/her thematic expertise in the following areas:
- Business Development for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and addressing constraints of MSME’s in market systems (e.g. access to finance, advocacy, business development services)
- Entrepreneurship and business incubation also in fragile contexts
- Expertise in green economy and supporting businesses in greening their production and processes would be an additional asset
