MEDA wishes to engage an experienced market systems development (MSD) trainer to co-deliver customised MSD training that aligns with MEDA’s strategic goals and market systems development approaches.
The trainer will work closely with the Technical Director, Market Systems to design and deliver a two-day, in-person training programme in Kenya (April 17-18, 2023) that:
- accelerates the learning of lead global MS staff to improve their contribution to project outcomes and MEDA strategic goals, especially decent work creation
- strengthens lead staff capacity to support and train their country-based colleagues and partners in MSD
- develops important South-South MSD peer relationships
Additional Information
Open to one individual trainer. MEDA’s strong preference is to work with a trainer based in Africa. To be considered, applicants should submit a short technical proposal (1-2 pages) by February 22.
