Knowledge management and learning lead - market systems

Mercy Corps seeks a Knowledge Management & Learning Lead for a pending Sida-funded Market Systems Development programme in Zambia.

The role will develop and lead knowledge management and learning strategies, guide MEL systems, and foster adaptive learning.

Responsibilities include managing MEL staff, producing high-quality reports, overseeing internal knowledge systems, and ensuring evidence-driven communication.

Candidates should have 7+ years’ experience in donor-funded programmes, excellent writing and analytical skills, and familiarity with MSD and the DCED results measurement standard.
