Market systems program manager

The Market Systems Program Manager will lead the design, implementation and scale-up of Inkomoko’s market systems and market linkage strategies in Rwanda, focusing on inclusive economic opportunities for refugees and host communities.

The role oversees diagnostics, intervention design, partnerships and adaptive programme management across priority sectors, including agriculture, livestock, finance and manufacturing. Responsibilities include managing teams, building private sector partnerships, facilitating market linkages for micro and small enterprises, and ensuring alignment with systemic change principles.

The position requires strong programme leadership, market systems expertise, experience in Rwanda, and the ability to drive inclusive, scalable outcomes through collaboration and evidence-based decision-making.
