Program Director, Uganda Horticulture Productivity & Enterprise Development Program

TechnoServe seeks a Program Director to lead HortiMAP 2.0, a five-year initiative strengthening Uganda’s horticulture sector.

The role provides strategic, technical and managerial leadership to deliver farmer-driven priorities, catalyse access to finance and improve food safety and quality.

The Director will manage a multi-disciplinary team, engage donors, private sector actors and government, and ensure robust MEL systems.

A strong background in agriculture, partnerships, and market systems development is essential to drive inclusive growth, resilience, and lasting impact for 100,000 smallholder farmers.
