Market system functionality / performance template

Template used to summarise the constraints, capacities and incentives of key market actor groups.

Pros/cons:
Useful to organise information, but it can get very long if prioritisation has not been done beforehand.

Also, the table focuses on core, supporting function and rules/norms, but not other system factors which could be binding constraints. So, this table would have to be accompanied by an analysis which looks at system structures/beliefs/mental models more broadly.
