This role leads market systems development (MSD) within the PROPEL Africa project, which addresses youth unemployment across Uganda, Tanzania, Senegal and Liberia.
The specialist will analyse labour market constraints, design and implement systemic interventions, and engage private and public sector partners to improve youth access to employment and entrepreneurship.
Key focus areas include business development services, digital platforms, vocational training and access to finance.
The role requires 7+ years of MSD experience, strong partnership and facilitation skills, and the ability to apply adaptive management across a multi-country consortium programme.
