Kifiya Financial Technology is recruiting a Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (MERL) Manager to be based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The ideal candidate:
- Holds a bachelor's or master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Has 7-10+ years of experience in MERL, with a focus on using digital tools for measurement and impact.
- Is proficient in using tools for data collection and visualisation as well as statistical analysis software.
- Has knowledge of financial inclusion and access to markets.
- Has exceptional project management, communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
