The Sr. Director, Knowledge Management is the champion for organization-wide data collection, knowledge sharing, and systemic learning so that pertinent information and experiences are shared internally, and as appropriate, externally with clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role is responsible for working with departments and field offices across the organizations to forward the identification, analysis, packaging, stewardship, and dissemination of knowledge that ACDI/VOCA employs to improve program, technical and operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Additional Information
Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience in information systems; and/or knowledge management/strategy.
