Effective management of systems programming

Opportunities Unlimited (OU), in partnership with The Mazi Group, is offering an immersive 12-month management capacity building programmme for funders, contractors, NGOs, value-driven enterprises, impact investors and public sector institutions to support them to effectively lead/manage/be part of systems development programming.

The content is designed to help participants zoom in on the management challenges and organisational implications of driving outcomes in complex and messy systems.

Additional Information:

The programme begins with a five-day face-to-face kick-off workshop in Nairobi. Post workshop, the programme will sponsor individual coaching sessions to reinforce learning from the workshop and to guide the participant on an organisational change initiative.
