Call for External Collaborator – International BPO market positioning expert

We're looking for an international BPO/GBS expert to support work on international market positioning in Lebanon's business process outsourcing sector, under the ILO's Markets for Inclusion (M4I) programme.

This assignment is part of a broader effort to build direct evidence from international BPO buyers and translate it into a credible market positioning strategy, helping Lebanese BPO firms understand how they're perceived internationally and what it will take to attract new clients.

We're looking for someone with strong experience in the BPO/ITES/GBS industry, including direct engagement with international buyers/clients; a track record in market positioning, among others.
