The Embassy of Switzerland in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina is looking for experienced consultants (joint offer by an international consultant and a local (Bosnia and Herzegovina) consultant) to conduct an ex-post review (ExPSR) of the Swiss-funded mandate project MarketMakers which was implemented in three phases (2013-2023).
The offer must be submitted by the international consultant with whom the Embassy will sign the contract. The international consultant will be responsible for all sub-contractual arrangements with the local consultant.
