This is an intervention summary from the MSD for employment (MSD4E) landscape assessment which was undertaken by the MSD4E Community of Practice and funded by the ILO, Mercy Corps and Swisscontact. It is based on self-reported information from individual MSD programmes, reviewed and compiled in a common structure to enable learning across the field of MSD4E.
Supporting the public sector to invest in career guidance services, starting with individual Vocational Education and Training (VET) schools and expanding to include municipalities.
The vision is to create a dynamic system of career guidance where businesses visit and engage, and students and parents actively use the services.
