How are MSD approaches being applied to employment?
In 2023, ILO, Swisscontact and Mercy Corps commissioned an assessment of the global landscape of MSD for Employment (MSD4E) interventions.
Examining 53 interventions from 28 projects, this study offers a view of different employment objectives according to the jobs triangle: more jobs, access to jobs, and better jobs.
This webinar presented the study's findings and introduced the new MSD4E Interventions Library - a user-friendly resource that allows practitioners to access all the individual intervention summaries. Emerging use cases of the library were also shared.
